Indoor Track & Tennis Complex
Overview
The ITT features a 6-lane, 200-meter Tartan Track as well as 4 tennis courts with a micro-encapsulated playing surface. The facility is open to OneCard holders when varsity and club teams are not using it.
Policies:
1. Appropriate clothing and footwear required for walking, running, and tennis; non-marking tennis shoes required on tennis courts.
2. No chewing gum, food, or drink other than water permitted on the competition surface.
3. No glass containers.
4. No littering.
5. No skating, skateboarding, or biking in the facility.
6. Profane, vulgar, and/or abusive language is not permitted.
7. No taping of facility floor unless approved by the facility manager; indoor, non-marking tape must be used.
8. Mats are for use by the Smith Varsity Track and Field team only. No sitting, playing, or jumping on the mats.
9. Long interval work should take place in lanes 1 and 2 of the track; short interval work should take place in lanes 3 and 4; jogging should take place in lanes 5 and 6 or in green areas.

Directions
From the South:Â Northampton is on Route I-91 in Massachusetts. Take Exit 18, and follow Route 5 north into the center of town. Turn left onto Route 9.
From the North:Â From I-91 South, take Exit 20, and follow onto Route 5 south into the center of town. At the intersection of Route 5 and Route 9 (Main Street), turn right onto Route 9.
From the East or West via the Massachusetts Turnpike:Â Northampton is on Route I-91 North (Mass Pike exit 4). Once on I-91, follow the directions above for visitors from the south.
Continue on Route 9 to first set of traffic lights (go straight through). Approximately 50 feet, road divides, bear left onto Route 66 (West Street). After approximately 0.4 miles, turn right onto unsigned, paved road (after the parking lot on your right and just before a small bridge). The itt is the first building on the right. Use the second parking lot.
