Policies and Access

Gym Access, including the pool and fitness center, is limited to retirees and active benefit-eligible employees (faculty and staff). And their qualified dependents, as defined in the employee handbook.

Affiliates, casuals, and other employees who are non-benefit-eligible are not eligible for athletics facility access. If you have any questions regarding your eligibility, please email hr@smith.edu or call 413-585-2260.

Dependents under 16 may enter with a parent (cardholder) and must stay with the parent at all times

No guests are allowed
