NORTHAMPTON, Mass.--The Smith College swimming and diving team will take part in their second home meet of the season when the Pioneers host Elms College at 7 p.m. in Dalton Pool on Tuesday night.
Last Year: Smith won nine events en route to a 133-101 win over the Blazers on November 13, 2012.
The Pioneers: Smith battled Springfield in a dual meet last Tuesday. Â
Olivia Bannon (Amherst, Mass./Amherst) won the 200 breaststroke, and
Cecelia Arrison (Weathersfield, Vt./Stevens (N.H.)) finished second on the 3-meter board, qualifiying for the NCAA Regional Diving Meet for the second straight year.
The Blazers: Elms last faced off against Colby-Sawyer and Plymouth State on November 16. Â Devon DeGrazia won the 1,000 freestyle, 50 backstroke, and 500 freestyle.
Up Next: Â Smith will stay at home, hosting Westfield State in a dual meet on November 23 at 1 p.m.
