NORTHAMPTON, Mass.--Smith College and Westfield State University will meet in the pool for the second time this season when the Pioneers host the Owls in a dual meet in Dalton Pool at 1 p.m.

Last Meeting:  Smith beat Westfield State in a dual meet 163-126 on November 17, 2012.  The Pioneers won 12 events, including three wins by Alyssa Pascuzzo (Scottsdale, Ariz./Notre Dame Prep) (200 IM, 100 fly, and 50 free) and two by Mackenzie Bradley (Sherwood, Ore./Sherwood) (200 fly, 500 free).

The Pioneers:  Smith posted its third win of the season on Tuesday night with a 164-104 win over Elms College.  The Pioneers won 10 events, including victories by the 200 medley and 200 freestyle relays, a sweep of the diving by Cecelia Arrison (Weathersfield, Vt./Stevens (N.H.)), and wins by Hayley Bezubka (N. Kingstown, R.I./N. Kingstown), Olivia Bannon (Amherst, Mass./Amherst), Claire Dudek (Bethesda, Md./Bethesda-Chevy Chase), Alyssa Pascuzzo (Scottsdale, Ariz./Notre Dame Prep), Emily Lane (Centennial, Colo./Kent Denver School), and Grace Lee (Beaverton, Ore./Aloha).

The Owls:  Westfield State is 0-2 in dual meets, falling to Mount Holyoke College 167-125 on November 16.  Kerry Sullivan, Kirsten LaMotte, and Katie Sterpka each won two events.

Next Up: Westfield State hosts Western New England in a dual meet on December 4 at 7 p.m.  Smith will next be in action over the weekend of December 7-8, at the WPI Invitational.
