NORTHAMPTON, Mass. - Junior
Pria Parker (Hingham, MA/Hingham) earned All-Conference accolades for the third-consecutive year after finishing 13th overall with a time of 23:52.5 at the 2023 New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Championships, hosted by Smith College on Saturday. Parker finished ninth at the 2022 NEWMAC Championships and seventh overall in the 2021 NEWMAC Championships, which also earned the Hingham, Mass. native Rookie of the Year honors.
MIT claimed the team crown finishing the afternoon with 35 points while Coast Guard was the runner up with 47 points. WPI placed third with 65 points, while Smith claimed fourth with 123 ponts. Wellesley rounded out the top five for the women's race, recording 130 points.
