BABSON PARK - Six different players scored for the hosts as No. 6 Babson cruised to a 6-0 victory over Smith in a NEWMAC field hockey contest Saturday afternoon at MacDowell Field.

• Smith held off Babson until Andrea Marguerite and Caroline DiGiovanni went back-to back in under two minutes midway through the first
• The Beavers continued their hot offense and added two more in the second and two in the third
• Emma Newman (Clarks Summit/Abington Heights) made a career-high 13 saves in goal for Smith
• The Beavers outshot Smith 33-0 and recorded 20 corners
