Overview:
During the Graduate Assistantship you will be expected to operate and be treated as an assistant strength and conditioning coach. You will have teams which you are responsible for programming for year round as well as meeting with and maintaining communication with their respective coaches throughout your two years in the Exercise and Sport Studies graduate program.

Objectives:
  • Operate and function effectively as a Strength and Conditioning coach
  • Complete objectives in conjunction with the ESS Master's Degree program

Responsibilities:
  • Program for your teams on a year to year basis
  • Meet with and maintain communication with sport coaches
  • Test and track data
  • Teaching fitness and training classes to undergraduate students
  • Olin Fitness Center management tasks
  • Tasks designated by the head strength and conditioning coach
