Why Smith?
I chose Smith because it provided the perfect balance of high-level sports and high-level     academics. The athletics community at Smith supports students in their academic goals without sacrificing any athletic goals. Smith was the perfect option for me as it created the perfect environment to be involved in a number of research labs and extracurriculars along with classes and sports. I have been able to fulfill goals both academically and athletically while at Smith and plan to continue to in the future.

Favorite Smith Sports Memory: Our 2021 season comeback win against Mount Holyoke in my first real season since being part of the SCFH and hugging my friends over the fence after the win!

Professional Aspirations
 I plan to continue my studies to gain my MS and then my Ph.D. in Computational Biology with a focus on Marine Ecosystems.
