Brittney Randolph

Brittney Randolph enters her first year on the sidelines as an assistant coach with the Smith College field hockey program.

Randolph graduated from Mercyhurst University in Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science in Biology and a concentration in pre-medicine. During her stint at Mercyhurst, Randolph was a member of the Division II field hockey team. As a defensive midfielder for the Lakers from 2010-14, Randolph competed in 39 games and served as one of the field hockey team's representatives for the Student Athletic Advisory Board and Student-Athlete Leadership Training Program.

After her playing career ended, Randolph continued to be around the sport as she took up coaching. In 2017, Randolph became an Assistant coach at Shippensburg University. As a member of the Raiders staff who was named the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFCHA) Division II National Coaching Staff of the Year in both 2017 and 2018, Randolph helped lead the team to a combined 36-8 overall record and back-to-back NCAA Division II National Championships.

As a Pennslvania-native, Randolph continued to better the state's field hockey programs as she became the head coach of the Central Penn Field Hockey Club and the Shippensburg Youth Field Hockey Club. She also invested time in USA Field Hockey where she has a Level 2 USA Field Hockey Certification. Randolph was appointed as the Head coach for the U14, U16 and U19 teams at the 2018 and 2019 USA Futures Regional Tournament for Pennsylvania.

In her move to Massachusetts, Randolph will be coaching Elements, a local club field hockey team out of Bernardston, Massachusetts.
