Caitlyn Lawrence enters her sixth season at the helm of the Smith College tennis program in 2023.

• Head Coach - Smith College (2018-present)
  • In the 2023 season, led the team to their first NEWMAC  tournament appearance in over a decade, upsetting the #4th seed on their way to their semi-final appearance. 
• Head Coach - Hartwick College (2017-18)
  • Women's Team
    • Coached Hartwick's first Empire 8 Player of The Year Winner. 
    • Coached two additional all-conference selections for singles and two honorable mentions for doubles. 
  • Men's Team
    • In the 2018 season, led the team to their first conference appearance since 2008, tying their best record in program history.
