Magdalena Stepnik begins her first season at Smith College as a graduate assistant coach with the tennis team during the 2020-21 season. Currently working on a Masters degree in Exercise and Sport Studies, Stepnik graduated from Florida Southern College in 2020 with a degree in Exercise Science and minor in Sport Business Management.
During her time as a student-athlete with the Mocs, Stepnik was a four-year letterwinner while earning ITA Scholar-Athlete honors all four years. In her junior season, she was ranked as high as 42 in the ITA Division II rankings.
Stepnik spent her summers as the Club Coach at Gemik Kielce Tennis Club in Poland developing training programs, organizing tournaments, amd leading conditioning practices. This most recent summer, she took part in a Talent Identification Camp in Poland for the most talented kids in the country.
