Elle is entering her first year as a Graduate Assistant Coach for the swim and dive team. She graduated from Wesleyan University in 2026 where she was a 4-year varsity member of the swim and dive team, a team captain, and an NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) representative.
Philosophy
Elle's coaching philosophy centers on creating a team culture where every athlete feels included, valued, and supported. She believes that the strongest teams are built on unity, with each athlete contributing in their own unique way to the group's success. She recognizes that every athlete learns and develops differently, and she enjoys building relationships that help swimmers reach their goals both in and out of the pool. Her goal is to foster an environment where personal growth and athletic success go hand in hand.
Experience:
Elle got her start coaching and instructing by running her own small swim lesson business in her hometown. She has administered private lessons to children of all ability levels, helping them build confidence, water safety skills, and technique. Elle recently completed her collegiate career swimming at Wesleyan University. Elle was elected as Varsity Team Captain for the 2025-2026 season. Additionally, she was an instructor for Wesleyan's swim lesson program, and served as an NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Representative for the Swim and Dive team, advocating for the needs of student athletes on and off the pool deck. Through these experiences, Elle has developed strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills that she brings to her coaching and instruction.
Personal
In her free time, Elle likes to go to the beach, do pilates, bake, and spend time with her dog Milo.
