NORTHAMPTON, Mass.--The Smith College volleyball team (0-0) begins the 2013 season with a home match up against Simmons College (0-3) at 7 p.m. on Tuesday evening. The game will be broadcast live over the web.
Last Meeting: Smith beat the Sharks 3-0 (
25-17, 25-20, 25-15) in the final game of the MIT Invitational on September 22, 2012.
The Series: The series is tied 1-1, with both teams meeting last season. Earlier in the 2012 season, Simmons nabbed a 3-2 26-28, 25-15, 25-18, 19-25, 15-13).
