NORTHAMPTON, Mass.--The Smith College soccer team (5-4-3) begins a three-game home stand when the Pioneers host Keene State (7-4-2) on Thursday afternoon at 4:00 p.m.

Last Meeting:  Keene State scored three goals in each half on their way to a 6-0 win over Smith on September 16, 2010.

The Series: Dating back to 1977, Keene State leads 5-2, having won the last five matches and outscoring the Pioneers 18-2. Smith's last win came on October 3, 1978 by a score of 3-2.

Fast Facts:  The Owls are coming off a 3-0 loss to No. 19 Amherst College on Tuesday...Keene State is undefeated on the road, boasting a 3-0-1 record and is averaging 2.5 goals per game...2014 Little East Conference Rookie of the Year Taylor Farland leads the Owls with six goals and one assist followed by Shannon Summers (five goals) and Ellen Granata (four goals)...The Pioneers are coming off two consecutive losses for the first time this season…After being shutout in their last two games, Smith will look to leading goal scorer Jordan Isaacs (Weston, Conn./Weston) to jumpstart the offense.
