Box Score 2 NORTHAMPTON, Mass. - The Smith volleyball team dropped a pair of non-conference matches to Plymouth State and Framingham State Saturday afternoon at Ainsworth Gymnasium. The Pioneers were swept by PSU 3-0 (25-14, 25-16, 25-22) and was unable to get on the board in their 3-0 (25-21, 25-23, 25-19) defeat to FSU.
Mei-Li Smith (Cypress, Calif./Cypress) became the 13th player in Smith volleyball history to reach the 1,000 dig mark in a career.

Jenna Rubin (Norfolk, Conn./Suffield Academy) put forth an outstanding defensive effort recording five solo blocks.
With the losses, the Pioneers fall to 4-17 on the season.
Smith returns to NEWMAC play and hosts Wellesley College Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.
