SCOUTING THE LYONS
Mount Holyoke College snapped a three-game losing streak after their 2-0 win over Elms College Saturday afternoon. After 50' of scoreless action, Lyons first year midfielder McKenna Lamb grabbed the first goal of the contest followed by Sara Sanau Ruiz's penalty kick in the 76th minute. Sanau Ruiz leads the NEWMAC with 12 assists and is ranked tied for third in points (20). Goalkeeper Zoe Marshall is first in the conference in saves (112) and boasts a 1.33 goals against average and .855 save percentage. The Lyons average 1.75 goals per game and were picked to finish eighth in the NEWMAC Preseason Coaches Poll.
SCOUTING THE PIONEERS
Smith played their eighth overtime game of the season Saturday against Wellesley College, resulting in a 2-2 draw. The Pioneers received goals from

Alanna Lynch (Trumbull, Conn./Trumbull) made 10 saves in her first action all season.
