Box Score WALTHAM, Mass. - The Smith College volleyball team dropped a pair of games on the final day of the Brandeis Invitational. The Pioneers fell to Southern Maine, 3-1 before a 3-0 defeat at the hands of Endicott College.
For her efforts on the weekend, sophomore setter
Maca Rojas (Santiago, Chile/Liceo No. 1 Javiera Carrera) was named to the Brandeis Invitational All-Tournament Team. The rest of the All-Tournament Team was as follows:

MATCH ONE: Southern Maine 3 Smith 1 (24-26, 21-25, 25-20, 21-25)
First-year Kimani Freeman (Newark, N.J./Montclair Kimberly Academy) recorded a team-high 11 kills and nine aces to pace the Pioneer offense, while sophomore Maca Rojas (Santiago, Chile/Liceo No. 1 Javiera Carrera) guided the attack with 30 assists. Senior libero Julie Voorhes (Ramona, Calif./Ramona) contributed 12 digs in the losing effort.
MATCH TWO: Endicott 3 Smith 0 (13-25, 15-25, 12-25)
Against the Gulls, Voorhes again led the Pioneers with a game-high 20 digs on the afternoon, while Rojas added 13 assists. Freeman totaled four kills, followed by three apiece for Voorhes and Helena Wiatrowski (Winchester, Mass./Winchester).
