FIVE THINGS TO KNOW

• Smith College and Amherst College co-host the 26th Annual Volleyball Hall of Fame Invitational Friday, October 20 - Saturday, October 21.

 

• First year outside hitters Caleigh Johnson (Georgetown, Tex./St. Dominic Savio Catholic) and Amy Hagen (Owings, Md./Northern) have powered Smith's offense, combining for 354 kills.

 

• Senior middle blocker Nicole Rice is hitting .302 with 216 kills and 46 total blocks for Curry.

 

• Junior outside hitter Paige Hanssen leads Colby with 200 kills, while senior setter Emily Moslener has totaled 239 assists.

 

• The Worcester State volleyball team clinched a share of the MASCAC regular season title in Wednesday's win over Bridgewater State.
