FIVE THINGS TO KNOW

•  The Smith College field hockey team plays their final non-conference regular season game tonight at Keene State.

 

•  Keene State has won the last four Little East Conference Championships.

 

•  Julia Hamilton (Williamstown, Mass./Deerfield Academy) and Caroline Labriola (Westbrook, Conn./Westbrook) power Smith's offense with four goals apiece.

 

•  Smith goalkeeper Cameo Tietje (Massapequa, N.Y./Massapequa) was named NEWMAC Defensive Athlete of the Week on Monday and has posted four shutouts this season.

 

• Freshman forward Nina Bruno leads the Owls offense with 15 goals, five of which have been game-winners.
