Sophomore Chloe Harris (Alexandria, Va./West Potomac) netted tied her career-high with six goals for the second consecutive game in Smith's 14-6 win over Curry College Wednesday afternoon in non-conference lacrosse action. The Pioneers are now off to their best start dating back to the 1989 season when they also began 5-1.

SMITH HIGHLIGHTS

• In addition to Harris' six goals, she also added four assists.
• Junior Julia Hamilton (Williamstown, Mass./Deerfield Academy ) finished with four goals and is 13 away from 100 in her career.
• Sophomore Katie Christensen (East Lyme, Conn./East Lyme) totaled six ground balls and four caused turnovers while Emily Biggs (Florence, Mass./Northampton) scooped up three ground balls and forced five turnovers.
• Junior goalkeeper Sarah Price (Hudson, Ohio/Hudson) made nine saves for the Pioneers.

CURRY HIGHLIGHTS

• Kelly Parker paced the Colonel offense with three goals and two assists.
• Goalkeeper Rachel Smith stopped 11 between the pipes.
