NORTHAMPTON, Mass. - The Smith College tennis team heads to Springfield College for a 4:00 p.m. NEWMAC match against the Pride Tuesday.

FIVE THINGS TO KNOW

• Smith and Springfield will meet for the 25th time in program history.

 

• The Pioneers are 13-11 against the Pride and last won on September 29, 2015.

 

• Smith's last NEWMAC victory came on October 8, 2016.

 

• The Pioneers were picked to finish 8th in the NEWMAC Preseason Coaches' Poll, while Springfield was selected 6th.

 

• The Pride are coming off a 6-3 non-conference victory over Eastern Nazarene on March 20.
