NORTON, Mass. - The Wheaton College soccer team scored three goals in the first half en route to a 4-1 victory over Smith College in New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) play on Saturday afternoon.

GAME NOTES

• The Lyons improve to 11-0 all-time against the Pioneers
• Wheaton held a 24-10 advantage in shots and 5-2 edge in corners
• Smith goalkeeper Naomi Falkenberg (Sutton, Mass./Sutton) made one save in the first half and was replaced by Noemi Howland (South Pasadena, Calif./South Pasadena) who stopped nine shots in the second half.
