MATCH HIGHLIGHTS

• Olivia Smith came out strong against Simmons. The first win of the day came in the one doubles position where Lili and Clara Goshgarian (Lake Forest, IL/Lake Forest) cruised to an 8-0 win. 
• Olivia and Alexa Monos (Reading, PA/Wilson) debuted in the number two doubles position for the Pioneers. After dropping the first game, they played aggressive doubles to win the next 8 games and secure the win. 
• Steph Lopez and Joyce Lee (Beaverton, Ore./Beaverton) teamed up in the number three position and secured the doubles sweep with an 8-4 win. 
• Smith played clean tennis across the board in singles. As a whole, the team showed their ability to adapt and to execute an effective game plan. 

UP NEXT
Smith is on the road to compete at the ITA Regionals this weekend hosted by Bowdoin.
