NORTHAMPTON, Mass. - The Smith College tennis team put forth another impressive showing as it cruised past visiting Gordon College on Wednesday afternoon. 

Double Highlights

• The Pioneers cruised in doubles play as Clara and Lili Goshgarian (Lake Forest, IL/Lake Forest) earned an 8-2 win at No. 1 followed by Olivia Monos (Reading, PA/Wilson) and Miranda Gibson's (Bethlehem, PA/Moravian Academy) 8-0 win at No. 3
• The Fighting Scots' No. 2 doubles partners of Madison West and Kristin Kendall secured the lone victory in doubles with an 8-5 win over Alexa Monos (Reading, PA/Wilson) and Sarah Fleming (Hamilton, Mass./Pingree)

Singles Highlights

• Lili Goshgarian (Lake Forest, IL/Lake Forest) prevailed 6-2, 6-2 at No. 1, while Clara Goshgarian (Lake Forest, IL/Lake Forest) earned a 6-1, 6-0 victory over her opponent
• At No. 5 singles, Miranda Gibson (Bethlehem, PA/Moravian Academy) battled her way to a 6-7, 6-0, 10-4 win as Betsy Hillier (Cohasset, Mass./Concord Academy) Cruised 6-0, 6-0 at No. 6
