BABSON PARK, Mass. - The Smith College lacrosse team was dealt a 23-8 loss to Babson College Wednesday evening in a New Englnd Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) contest. The Pioneers move to 8-8 overall and 4-5 in the NEWMAC.

Top Performers

• Tatum Galuski (Ipswich, Mass./Ipswich) led the offensive effort with three goals
• Sadie Tschier finished wtih two goals, while Stella Alphas (Weston, Mass./Weston) tallied one goal and 10 draw controls
• Goalkeeper Alyssa Schams (South Lyon, Mich./South Lyon) made four saves in 45 minutes of action and was replaced by Paige Rocha (Melrose, MA/Melrose) who stopped two in the final quarter
