WESTWOOD, Mass. - The New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) announced the 2022 Women's Lacrosse All-Conference awards on Thursday and Smith sophomore
Isabelle Elder (Healdsburg, Calif./Sonoma Academy) has been named to the All-Conference Second Team.

- Started 16 games for the Pioneers
- Finished the year with 25 ground balls and led the team with 22 caused turnovers
- A top defender for the Smith, this is Elder's first career All-Conference honor
Voted on by the 10 head coaches, the Women's Lacrosse All-Conference Team consists of a First Team and a Second Team with 12 honorees on each team
