NORTHAMPTON - The Smith College field hockey team won its second straight contest on Sunday afternoon as the Pioneers defeated Nichols 6-0 in the Caryl Newhof Classic Championship game. Sophomore goalkeeper Rory Harper (Wayne, Penn./Radnor) was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player, while Karlie Guimond (Hatfield, Mass./Smith Academy) and Tatum Galuski (Ipswich, Mass./Ipswich) landed on the All-Tournament Team.

Scoring Summary
How it Happened
