NORTHAMPTON - Behind a brace from Kyla Warner (Katy, TX/Tompkins), the Smith soccer team picked up a 3-0 New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) victory over Mount Holyoke College on Wednesday afternoon.

It was the first two-goal outing in Warner's career as Smith improved to 6-6-3 on the year and 4-4-2 in conference play. Mount Holyoke drops to 3-11-2, 1-9 NEWMAC.

• 41:16 SMI 1 MHC 0 - Romero dodged multiple defenders before taking a shot which was saved by the MHC goalkeeper. Warner collected the rebound and rifled it into the goal.
• 53:56 SMI 2 MHC 0 - Una Keller (Davis, CA/Davis) dribbled down the end line and sent a pass to Warner at the top of the box who put the shot above the diving reach of the keeper
• 89:27 SMI 3 MHC 0 - Romero sent the ball to the right foot of Karenna Kung (Salem, CT/Salem) who rifled the ball into the goal
