Smith Volleyball Triumphs Over Emerson in Four-Set Victory

Boston, MA — On Tuesday evening, the Smith College volleyball earned a hard-fought 3-1 (25-22, 22-25, 25-23, 25-23) victory over Emerson College at Brown & Plofker Gym. Smith is now 20-5 overall and 7-1 in NEWMAC play.

  • Smith got off to a quick start, with Abby Hunt (Mandeville, LA/Fontainebleau) dominating early at the net. Hunt recorded four kills in the first 10 points, giving Smith a 10-7 lead.
