Box Score NORTHAMPTON - Springfield's Meredith Healy scored in the 85th minute to defeat the Smith College soccer team Saturday afternoon in a NEWMAC tilt. With the loss, Smith drops to 1-6-1 overall and 0-2-0 in the NEWMAC. The Pride are now 2-6 on the year and even their conference record to 1-1.
Sky Smith (Carlisle, MA/Concord-Carlisle Regional) stopped nine shots for the Bears.

- Sky Smith (Carlisle, MA/Concord-Carlisle Regional) made key saves for the Bears, stopping multiple attempts from Springfield to keep the match tied at the half.
Second Half Highlights
- Smith's Una Keller (Davis, CA/Davis) tested Springfield's goalkeeper, Mallory Forgatch, with a shot on goal at the 55:05 mark, which was saved.
- Marsh had two attempts on target within a six-minute span, both stopped by Forgatch, maintaining the 1-1 score.
- Smith's Charli Kellaway (Derby, VT/North Country Union) nearly found the equalizer at the 79:52 mark when her shot hit the top post
- Meredith Healy scored the game-winning goal for Springfield in the 84th minute, securing a 2-1 advantage.
