NORTHAMPTON - Smith diver Katherine Welsh (St. Paul, MN/Saint Paul Academy) has been named the NEWMAC Diver of the Week for the fourth time in the 2025-26 season, it was announced by the conference office. 

The senior swept both diving events at the Wellesley Invite this past weekend to lead the Bears to a runner-up finish. Welsh won the 1-meter with a score of 438.65 and the 3-meter with 434.60 points, both NCAA regional qualifying scores.
