NORTHAMPTON - The Smith College lacrosse program is excited to announce its 2026 competitive schedule, featuring a. balanced mix of non-conference and NEWMAC matchups. The Bears open the season on Saturday, February 21 and will compete in 17 regular-season games before NEWMAC postseason play. Head coach Katie Moore begins her 11th season at the helm and has her sights set on a playoff run with her experienced group of student-athletes.

2026 Schedule Highlights

• Season Opener: Saturday, February 21 at Skidmore (1:00pm)
• Home Sweet Home: Wednesday, February 25 vs Emmanuel (5:00pm)
• NEWMAC Play Begins: Saturday, March 14 vs Mount Holyoke (1:00pm)
• Top-25 Challenges: Games against nationally ranked opponents from last year, including Amherst (March 10), Denison (March 17), and Babson (March 28)
• Senior Day: Saturday, April 18 vs Emerson (1:00pm)
• Postseason Push: Final regular season conference game at MIT on Wednesday, April 22 (6:00pm)
• Playoff Bound: NEWMAC Quarterfinals start Saturday, April 25
