Biography

Sophomore (2013): Starting catcher for all 31 games…team-high seven doubles, including one each in back-to-back-to-back games against Western New England (4/16), at Elms (4/17) and at WPI (4/19)…four multiple hit games highlighted by a 3-for-4 outing with an RBI and a run scored against Westfield State (4/9)…homered at Babson (4/20)…First Year (2012): Started all 30 games...finished the year with .308 batting average...3-for-3 with a double and three runs against Babson (4/7)...hit safely in 13 of last 16 games to end the season...Before Smith: Four year letter winner at Fontbonne Academy...captained the Ducks as a junior and senior...a Catholic Conference All Star as a junior and senior...Catholic Conference Champions freshman and junior seasons...co-champions sophomore season...also a two year letter winner in volleyball and indoor track...graduated in top five percent of class...National Honor Society Vice President...French Honor Society...Academic Excellence Award.
