Why did you choose Smith? I selected Smith because of its academic reputation and its pioneering pathway for women; in particular their Picker Engineering program. As a bonus, my decision also afforded me the opportunity to continue to play softball.

Favorite Class at Smith: All of my classes at Smith have inspired me to continue in the engineering pathway.

Aspirations after Smith: As a native Hawaiian, I feel that it is my kuleana (responsibility) to return after Smith to make a difference in my local community as an engineer that has cultural insight to areas of interest as projects arise.
