Serena Pisacano

Serena Pisacano enters her second year as a Graduate Assistant Coach for the Smith College Lacrosse program during the 2023-24 season. 

Pisacano comes to Smith College after graduating in 2022 from Earlham College with a Bachelor's degree in Geology and Music, while minoring in Chemistry, Outdoor Education, and Equestrian Studies. At Earlham College, Pisacano was a four-year member of the varsity lacrosse team.

Prior to joining Smith College, Pisacano was the Outdoor Activities Program Manager at Earlham College where she planned outdoor activities, managed the budget and marketing, and organized campus-wide events. Pisacano also worked as a lifeguard for four years at the Earlham College Wellness Center and worked as a game management staff member.  

Pisacano was a Midfielder/Attacker for the Earlham College Quakers where during her senior season she was All-Conference First Team and a member of the All-Tournament team. Pisacano garnered the Kathryn Weber Senior Scholar Athlete Award and was an All-Conference Academic Award recipient all four years. Pisacano was also a member of the equestrian team for four years as well as a two-year member of the cross country team, one-year member of the indoor track and field team, one-year member of the field hockey team, and one-year member of the soccer team. Pisacano is currently pursing her Master's Degree in Exercise and Sports Studies at Smith College.
