Delaney Demman enters her first season as a Graduate Assistant Volleyball Coach for the 2025 season.
Demman comes to Smith after completing her first year as a collegiate assistant coach at Iowa Western Community College during the 2024–25 season. While at Iowa Western, she helped lead the Reivers to their first winning season in two years and a Regional Semifinal appearance. Her impact was felt both on the court and in the classroom, with three players earning ICCAC First Team All-Region honors, 13 named to the NJCAA Academic First Team All-Region, and two named to the NJCAA Academic Second Team All-Region.
Before her time at Iowa Western, Demman served as the Summer Volleyball Assistant Director of Operations at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. She also completed a collegiate internship with the University of Northern Colorado’s women’s volleyball program, gaining valuable experience in NCAA Division I operations.
As a student-athlete, Demman competed for four seasons at Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri. A two-year team captain, she appeared in 265 sets and earned All-Academic honors each season. In her senior year, she was recognized with Third Team All-Conference honors.
Demman earned her Bachelor's degree in Management with an emphasis in Sports and Entertainment from Webster University in December 2023.
