NORTHAMPTON, Mass.--The Smith College squash team (3-3) will get back into the swing of things for the first time in two weeks when they compete in the Wesleyan Invitational on December 3 and 4.  The Pioneers will play in five matches, facing Tufts University (2-1), Colgate University, and William Smith College (1-2) on the tournament's opening day, and Mount Holyoke College (2-2) and Wesleyan College (3-2) on December 4. 


Last Meeting (Tufts): The Jumbos beat Smith 6-3 earlier this season in a match played on November 20, 2011.

Last Smith Win (Tufts): Smith earned a narrow 5-4 win over the Jumbos on January 31, 2004.

Last Meeting (Colgate): Smith beat Colgate 8-1 at the Howe Cup on February 14, 2009.

Last Meeting (William Smith):  The Herons swept Smith 9-0 in the Smith College Invitational on January 23, 2011. 

Last Smith Win (William Smith): The second of two wins that season over William Smith was a 5-4 win at the Williams Invitational on January 14, 2001.

Last Meeting (Mount Holyoke): Mount Holyoke swept Smith 9-0 on November 20, 2011.

Last Smith Win (Mount Holyoke): Smith snapped a season opening eight game losing streak with a 5-4 win over the Lyons on January 16, 2002.

Last Meeting (Wesleyan):  The Pioneers lost a 9-0 decision to Wesleyan at the Pioneer Valley Invitational on January 15, 2011. 

Last Smith Win (Wesleyan): Smith finished fifth in Division C at the Howe Cup with an 8-1 win over Wesleyan on February 20, 2000.
