NORTHAMPTON, Mass.--The Smith College field hockey team begins a stretch of three straight road games when the Pioneers (10-5, 2-4 NEWMAC) head to Springfield College (4-10, 2-4 NEWMAC) in a game that could decide a NEWMAC playoff berth.
