NORTHAMPTON, Mass.--The Smith College basketball team can get back to .500 when the Pioneers (2-3, 2-2 NEWMAC) head to Wellesley College (4-2, 2-1 NEWMAC) on Saturday afternoon. The game has been moved to a 3 p.m. start.
Last Meeting: Third seeded Wellesley upset No. 2 seed Smith in the semifinals of the NEWMAC tournament, 71-63.
The Series: Smith leads, 34-26, and the Pioneers have won 10 of the last 12 meetings, dating back to 2007.
