NORTHAMPTON, Mass.--The Smith College tennis team makes its shortest trip of the season when the Pioneers (0-3, 0-3 NEWMAC) travel to Mount Holyoke College (3-4, 1-3 NEWMAC) on Tuesday afternoon.
Last Meeting: The Lyons posted a 9-0 win over Smith on October 9, 2012.
Last Smith Win: October 24, 2009 - Smith defeated Mount Holyoke 5-3 to advance to the semifinals of the NEWMAC tournament.  Clair Oblamski, and Ally Hawkins picked up singles victories, and Smith swept all three doubles matches to claim the win.
Fast Facts: Mount Holyoke has lost four of six matches...the Lyons picked up their first league win of the year with a 6-3 win over Emerson...this is Mount Holyoke's final home match of the fall...Smith has used the same lineup in all three matches thus far this season...The Pioneers beat Mount Holyoke twice in fall 2009...
