NORTHAMPTON, Mass.--The Smith College basketball team (5-7) will try to capture its fourth straight win when the Pioneers travel to Trinity (Conn.) (8-5) for a non-conference basketball game on Tuesday night.
Last Meeting: Paulina Solis (Santa Ana, Calif./Foothill) had 17 points, six rebounds, and six steals as Smith beat Trinity 68-47 on December 8, 2012. Â It was the first time Smith had beaten Trinity in more than 10 years.
The Series: Trinity has won 30 of the 38 all-time meetings between the two schools. Â Last season's win ended a nine game win streak by the Bantams.
