In a series that dates back to the 1975 season, this is the 44th meeting between these two schools. Smith leads 30-13 and is 12-8 on the road.

The Engineers
MIT (14-6, 9-3) looks to win consecutive games after their 52-38 victory over Wellesley College on Wednesday. In that game, freshman Kara Holinski amassed a game-high 17 points to go along with five rebounds, three assists, two steals and two blocks. The win marked the first time in program history that the Engineers won both regular season meetings against Wellesley. The Pioneers
Smith (7-13, 4-8) looks to snap a season-high four game losing streak after their upset bid fell short Wednesday evening against WPI, 59-56. In that game, the Pioneers had the ball with seven seconds on the clock and a chance to tie, but Lauren Bondi (Burnaby, BC, Can./Notre Dame Secondary)'s attempt fell short.
