GORHAM, ME - Riley Reitchel scored the game-winning goal in the 30^th minute to help the University of Southern Maine Huskies to a 2-0 win over the Smith College Pioneers in a non-conference women's soccer game Saturday afternoon at Hannaford Field. With the win, the Huskies are now 11-1, while the Pioneers drop to 4-5-2.

Highlights

• Reitchel carried the ball down the left side of the field and launched a left footed shot to the upper corner of the far post for the 1-0 edge
• USM doubled up its lead in the 66^th minute off of the foot of Gould after an outstanding service into the box from Huntress
• Smith goalkeeper made six saves in the loss

• Today's game is the second meeting between the two schools as Smith is now 1-0-1 all-time against Smith
