NORTHAMPTON - The Smith College swimming and diving team has unveiled its 2025-26 competition scheduled highlighted by a strong slate of NEWMAC opponents, regional invites, and the home opener against Simmons to kick off Hall of Fame weekend where legendary former swim and dive coach Kim Bierwert will be inducted.
"I've been so warmly welcomed by many of the Wild Bunch Bananas from classes of the 1980s through the 2020s," said head coach Caleb Potvin. "I've loved what I've learned about what it means to be a Banana in the Wild Bunch. It's clear Kim was a coach that cared deeply about each member of the team and created a culture of both hard work and fun. Our home meet on November 7th and the Hall of Fame weekend is extremely important to this year's team. We look forward to meeting so many alumnae and hearing their stories about their experience as members of this special team and to honoring coach Kim."
