NORTHAMPTON - Smith College junior guard Hannah Martin (North Andover, MA/North Andover) has been named to the D3hoops.com All-Region first team, as announced Monday by the organiziation. She also earns All-Region first team recognition from the New England Women's Basketball Association (NEWBA).

The latest honor for Martin comes on the heels of her being named first team All-NEWMAC, the NEWMAC Defensive Player of the Year and the conference tournament Most Outstanding Player.

Martin averaged 12.0 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.9 assists per game while shooting .462 from the field. 

The Bears finished their 2025-26 campaign with a 28-2 record and a sixth-consecutive NEWMAC Championship. 

Players from these All-Region teams are eligible for the D3hoops.com All-America teams. The women's basketball All-America team will be released March 21, at the national championship game.
