LEWISTON, ME - Coming off a sixth-conseutive NEWMAC Championship, the Smith College basketball team (27-1) is headed to Lewiston, Maine for the NCAA Tournament, it was announced Monday. 

The Bears (27-1) will take on the Liberty League Champion Union (NY) (22-5) on Friday at 4:45pm. The other game features the NESCAC Champion Bates (24-3) vs Merchant Marine (23-4) who won the Skyline Conference.

The two winners will then meet on Saturday at 7:15pm with a spot in the Sweet 16 on the line.
