NORTHAMPTON, Mass. – The sixth-seeded Smith College softball team (17-12) will tangle with third-seeded WPI (27-10) for the fourth time this season as the two teams square off in a 4:00 p.m. New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Softball Championship elimination game, which will be played at top-seeded Wellesley.

This Season: WPI swept the Pioneers in Worcester on April 11 and claimed a 2-1 eight-inning victory on Friday.
